455 g ground turkey
8 g garlic powder
9 g red pepper flakes
1 g dried minced onion (optional)
1 egg
30 g crushed cheese flavored crackers

Heat your Black Knight barbecue.

In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, minced onion, egg and crackers using your hands. Form into four fat burgers.
Place the burgers on the grill, and cook for about 5 minutes per side, until well done.
