Preparation time 45 mins to 1hr

1 green chilli seeded and finely chopped
1 large onion finely chopped
500g minced lamb or beef
2 teaspoons coriander
2 cloves garlic � crushed
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 teaspoons ground almonds
1 teaspoon turmeric
Olive oil
1 egg
freshly ground salt and pepper.

Light your Black Knight barbecue.

Mix all the ingredients together.
Mould the mixture around long skewers
(another way is to form a sausage with the mixture and wind around the skewer).

Only the ends of the skewer should be visible.
Place onto the barbecue, brush with oil and
cook until done.

Remove from the skewers and serve

Traditionally served with rice and onion slices.
