Marinating Time Overnight.
2kg / 4lb rib of beef short
840ml / 24fl oz Stout
1 large onion Sliced
125ml / 4fl oz soy sauce low
100g / 4oz brown sugar
60ml / 2fl oz sesame oil
3 tablespoons garlic minced
240ml / 8fl oz honey
60ml / 2fl oz soy sauce low
2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
1 tablespoon garlic minced
Freshly ground pepper
**In a large bowl whisk together the marinade ingredients. Place the ribs in a glass baking dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover with cling wrap and pop into the fridge overnight.**
**Adjust this if you are cooking this late afternoon as you could do this first thing in the morning and leave until you are ready to barbecue.
Whisk together in a bowl the ingredients for the glaze making sure that you use plenty of pepper.
Heat your Black Knight barbecue. Remove the ribs from the marinade and place them on the grills when the barbecue cools are ashed over.
Grill until they cooked through, turning them occasionally. This could take 10 / 15 minutes depending on heat and how you prefer them to be cooked.
Brush with the glaze and cook for 1 minute. Serve with the remaining glaze.
