Preparation time 45 mins to 1 hr 2 red snapper filets, halved

100g margarine
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon limon juice
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 teaspoon paprika
Pinch of cayenne
Pinch of salt
Pinch of garlic salt
Pinch of thyme
Pinch of onion salt
Pinch of oregano
Pinch of black pepper
Mix together the paprika, cayenne, salt, garlic salt, onion salt, oregano and pepper.

Sprinkle over each side of the fish. Oil grill of your Black Knight barbecue and light. Bring lemon Juice to the boil. Remove from heat and add margarine. Mix well. Cook fish until done.

About 4 minutes per side. Remove fish from the grill. Add parsley to the lemon butter and spoon about 2 tablespoons of the mixture over each piece of fish and serve.
