Prep time 30 mins
500g minced Lamb
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic � crushed
1 teaspoonful dried rosemary crushed
Salt and Pepper - optional
4 burger rolls, pittas or hard rolls
Mix lamb, mustard lemon, onion, garlic,
rosemary, salt and pepper. Form into patties.
Light your Black Knight barbecue.
Cook until they are
no longer pink.
Serve on buns etc. with cucumbers,
tomatoes and dressing.
