905 g lean ground turkey
15 g minced garlic
2 g minced fresh ginger root
2 fresh green chile peppers, diced
110 g red onion, diced
25 g fresh corianda, finely chopped
6 g salt
60 ml low sodium soy sauce
6 g freshly ground black pepper
20 g paprika
9 g ground dry mustard
6 g ground cumin
1 dash Worcestershire sauce.


Preheat your Black Knight bsrbecue.

In a bowl, mix the ground turkey, garlic, ginger, chile peppers, red onion, corianda, salt, soy sauce, black pepper, paprika, mustard, cumin, and Worcestershire sauce. Form the mixture into 8 burgers.
Lightly oil the grill. Place turkey burgers on the grill, and cook 5 to 10 minutes per side, until well done.
