Ingredients

15 g butter
1 small red onion, diced
8 g minced garlic
180 ml plain lowfat yoghurt
6 g salt
2 g black pepper
2 g cayenne pepper
3 g mustard powder
3 g garlic powder
15 ml horseradish
4 g chopped fresh parsley
3 g chopped fresh cilantro
30 ml Worcestershire sauce
30 ml low-sodium soy sauce
15 ml chipotle-flavored hot sauce
910 g lean ground beef

Directions

Melt butter in a skillet over on your Black Knight barbecue. Add red onion and garlic; cook and stir until the onion softens and begins to turn brown, about 8 minutes. Scrape onion into a large bowl. Add yoghurt, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, mustard powder, garlic powder, horseradish, parsley, cilantro, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and hot sauce. Whisk together until smooth. Mix in the ground beef until evenly blended with the yoghurt mixture. Cover, and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Heat your Black Knight Barbecue. Shape mixture in to 6 burgers 1/2 inch thick, and 5 inches across.
Grill burgers until no longer pink in the centre, about 6 minutes per side.
